With the help of Our fully automated partner system, we make reports monthly and makes transfers payments to all artists and collaborators directly without delay. Unlike other services where you might wait three months to receive quarterly reports and earnings.
So how does it really work?
With each release we distribute, we’ll also set up a contract in our system that defines splits and other terms for all participants (artists, collaborators and others who should receive royalty splits). Each participant will get an invite to create an account. When they create their account, they set up their own payment information for transfer through PayPal, Payoneer or Revolut. As we receive our reports from the streaming services (DSPs) through our partner aggregate each month, we process the data into reports and payments as prescribed in those contracts. All participants can log into their accounts to see their split amount, balances and reports and request payment transfer. It is self serve and so easy to make withdrawers.
We promise that by the 10th of each month, we’ll have the reports, data, and money available to you and all participants.
A bit more on timing: we receive reports from DSPs and partners at the beginning of each month for transactions (plays and downloads) that happened two months prior; some DSPs can be even slower. So for example, January royalty reports and payments generally reflect streams that occurred in October.
* Regrettably, it just takes that long for the DSPs to report on activity. We don’t have any say about that. We wish it were faster, too.
HOW YOU RECIEVE YOUR PAYMENT
We have automated the payout process for participants. Streaming revenues from the DSP’s are split based on our contractual agreements and your collaborators. Each participant (artists, collaborators, whoever is receiving a share of the royalties) has an account and then sets up how to get paid in our Aggregate Partner mother mobile app. As your distributor, we will invite as many artists, collaborators and other participants that you gave to us into our mother Aggregate platform and every one gets their shares.
As of today, you have the option of being paid via PayPal, Payoneer, or Revolut (bank transfer) and you can convert it to your local currency. The following are the minimum amounts required for each type of transfer:
